A spam email that I don't understand what this mean, but for sure the sender of this spam email have his own purpose why he sent this, and the reason is to mess other people's inbox :)

I am not sure why I keep getting this webhosting advertising, I can't find in the email how I can remove my email from their subscription if they really have or they only scrap my email address from somewhere else. So I am considering this email as spam email.

I am sure you got one of this scam email that around for almost 4 years now, an individual sending you email saying that you won first prize of lotto or asking you for a money. This people keep sending spam emails to million of internet user and continue scamming.
